Accessibility
We want StalyFest to be as inclusive as we possibly can and we therefore provide one free carer ticket where our guests require caring support whilst they are with us.
StalyFest is aimed at adults and older youths, so carer’s tickets are only available where the paying guest has purchased an Adult or 16/17 year old ticket.
To qualify for a carer’s ticket the carer and paying guest MUST:
- Have purchased an adult or 16/17 year-old ticket.
- Provide a statement to confirm that the paying guest requires the support of the carer in order to attend the festival.
- Arrive and leave the festival together.
- Recognise that the carer takes full responsibility for the paying guest’s needs throughout the day (including taking responsibility for the paying guest’s evacuation in the case of an emergency).
- Make StalyFest aware of any reasonable accommodations that the paying guest needs in order to access/enjoy the event before attending (please email info@stalyfest.co.uk and we will do our very best to meet such requests).
To apply for a free carer ticket please purchase your standard tickets then email your booking reference to info@stalyfest.co.uk along with one of the following documents:
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- DLA – care and/or mobility
- D/deaf or blind registration
- The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 icon for PA tickets
Your email must include the following statement:
Please provide a carer’s ticket in relation to the attendance of {NAME} (the “paying guest”). I can confirm that the paying guest requires the support of a carer in order to satisfactorily attend StalyFest. I can further confirm that the carer will arrive and leave with the paying guest and take full responsibility for the paying guest’s welfare while on site at StalyFest.
Your request will then be reviewed and if satisfactory a carer ticket issued – please allow up to 14 working days for this.
Note: Carer’s ticket entitlement only applies to tickets bought directly from our on-line ticketing platform. It does not apply to hardcopy tickets, or tickets that have been bought via any ticket resale site or 3rd party platform.
Q: What Disabled Facilities Are On Site
- Disabled / Accessible Toilets
- Dedicated Drop off and Pick Up Area for Blue Badge holders
- Our event wellbeing team will be on hand to assist
Q: What Is The Ground / Access Like?
The Bower Fold, Stalybridge Celtic Football Club’s ground, is a large grassed football pitch surrounded by hardstanding pathways and is mostly flat. If it has been very wet then the ground may be muddy on the pitch. There are one or two curbs around the car park entrance and our site team will help out with wheelchairs.

If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable.
