Accessibility
We want StalyFest to be as inclusive as we possibly can and therefore provide one free carer ticket for every paying disabled guest.
To apply for a free carer ticket please purchase your standard tickets then email your booking reference to info@stalyfest.co.uk along with one of the following:
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- DLA – care and/or mobility
- D/deaf or blind registration
- The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 icon for PA tickets
Your request will then be reviewed and if satisfactory a carer ticket issued – please allow up to 14 working days for this. (Please note this only applies to tickets bought directly from Just Tickets and does not apply if tickets have been bought via any ticket resale site or 3rd party and does not apply to VIP Tickets).
Q: What Disabled Facilities Are On Site
- Disabled / Accessible Toilets
- Dedicated Drop off and Pick Up Area for Blue Badge holders
- Our event wellbeing team will be on hand to assist
Q: What Is The Ground / Access Like?
The Bower Fold, Stalybridge Celtic Football Club’s ground, is a large grassed football pitch surrounded by hardstanding pathways and is mostly flat. If it has been very wet then the ground may be muddy on the pitch. There are one or two curbs around the car park entrance and our site team will help out with wheelchairs.
Medication
If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable.
If you have any specific requirements then please get in touch and we discuss them with you.
